Dates marked Expected follow the Islamic (Hijri) calendar and are confirmed by moon sighting shortly before — they can move by a day. Fixed-date holidays (New Year and Eid Al Etihad / National Day) are confirmed. The UAE government may also announce extra days around Eid; our Dubai Today brief reports the official announcements as they land.
