- Retail access: minimum subscription of AED 5,000, with 5% of shares reserved for retail investors
- The asset: Dubai Investments Park — a 23 million square metre mixed-use district between Jebel Ali Port and Al Maktoum International Airport, home to around 1,000 tenants and more than 150,000 residents
- The income story: ground-lease occupancy of 99.9%, with dividend targets of AED 700 million in 2026, rising to AED 750 million by 2028
